PAINT AND COATING TEHNOLOGIST’S ASSOCIATION

       PACT is an association of national repute. The PACT was founded by Dr. S. Chandra (Retd. Professor – HBTI Kanpur). The PACT was founded during the national seminar on “CURRENT STATUS OF SURFACE COATING TECHNOLOGY” held on November 15-16, 1997 at HBTI Kanpur and registered under societies registration Act. 21, 1860 at No. 1113 dated 7-10, 1998 to fulfill the long felt need for an all India body of paint and coating technologists.

              The PACT enjoyed the blessings of top most paint and technologists including the topmost paint and coating industrialists of the country.
