EVENTS
The 1st International Harcourtians' Meet was organized during November 25-27, 2005 at H.B.T.I, Kanpur and remained a great success. In the concluding ceremony of the meet, which was chaired by the then Secretary of Technical and Higher Education Shri Rajiv Kumar, it was unanimously proposed to constitute an "International Alumni Cell" at H.B.T.I. Kanpur with its satellite centers located in various cities around the world. The H.B.T.I. in its 66th meting of the Board of Governors (BOG) held on 12.06.2006 granted formal approval to the constitution of the Alumni Cell.
The Alumni Association, Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur, has been formally constituted during the 2nd International Harcourtians Meet - 2006 organized during November 25-26, 2006.
